LCCC Bylaws with the proposed changes.
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Thank you for your attendance at the informational meetings regarding the bylaws modifications; we are also thankful for your comments and feedback. In response to the feedback that we received, we made a slight modification to our proposed changes in order to clarify an issue. We also have included with this posting comments to help explain in more detail a few points where there were questions. Remember to vote in the upcoming church elections, the election of elders is critical to moving forward in our structural changes in forming a church.

Our purpose is to love God, love others, and make disciples. We started many years ago as a Michigan State University Student Bible Study group and over many years have grown into a body of believers and friends that reaches out to the community in all age groups.

We see ourselves much like a seedling nursury where people can come and hear the seeds of the gospel and experience a Christian community.
The primary focus of our ministry is the Chinese people whom God has brought
from different parts of the world to live in the greater Lansing area, either short term or long term.
In this seedling nursery that God has given to us, His special calling is for us to work together to:

Water and Cultivate Seedlings
Mature and Bear Fruit
If you are just curious about who Jesus is, and what Christianity is all about, or if you want to grow in your faith we hope that you can come and join us soon.

We meet every Friday evening starting at 7:30pm at South Church in Lansing, Michigan for small groups, Bible studies, and fellowship. We have a full children and youth program, a Cantonese group, Groups for Seekers and many topical study groups. We have groups in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
Every Sunday afternoon we meet for worship at 3:00pm at South Church. The worship service is in Mandarin.

Restructuring Updates
